This wonderful old public house is possibly the best-known in Ireland. First licensed in 1690, this is one of Dublin’s oldest surviving coach houses. Known previously as Tommy Wrights, Messrs Maguire is situated on Burgh Quay, beside O'Connell Bridge in the heart of Dublin. Extensive refurbishment has created a delightfully eclectic experience, combining modern architecture with existing features in this historic building. The ground and first floors are designed to take advantage of the original Georgian ceilings while the "Dining Room" on the second floor is a top class restaurant. In the basement, the Corn Exchange Tavern contains a micro brewery producing Messrs Maguire's own range of premium ales, lagers and stouts. Only the finest ingredients are used by the Master Brewer, who crafts these new beers.
